This is a friendly reminder the PMI Metrolina Chapter is collecting school supplies to assist students as they return to school in  August for the 2009-2010 school year!    Classroom Central, the recipient of the donations, is a non-profit organization that supports the effective learning of students by collecting and distributing free school supplies.  During the 2008-09 academic school year, Classroom Central distributed more than $4.45 million in FREE school supplies to 80,000 students in our region.   
To participate in this PMI community outreach event, bring supplies or monetary donations to the next chapter meeting scheduled for August 18, 2009.  Each individual that makes a donation name will be entered into a drawing for a FREE pass to the 2009 PDD event scheduled for October 24th. The drawing will be held immediately following the August 18th chapter meeting.  Winner does not have to be present to win.  If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to memberrelations@pmi-metrolina.com.
