Seizing the Elusive
“It” – Growing Leadership Presence;
workshop / interactive game with Pamela Geer
What is the elusive “It” that
makes up executive or leadership “presence”? Is it something
you are born with, or is it a skill that can be taught? This workshop
will explore the topic of presence, breaking it into hard skills (communication,
presentation, content, and leadership skills) that can be taught, and
the more subtle aspects of presence (character, “whole self”) which
can grow through focus and awareness. The workshop consists of
a presentation from the facilitator, Pamela Geer, followed by an interactive
game played by the workshop participants. Come join us for this
hands-on, informative workshop! The boxed games from each table
will be given away to one lucky person per group!
