SkillFest 2009 a Success
We are happy to announce a successful SkillFest Career Fair held Thursday, March 19th.
This event brought together job seekers, recruiters, and
direct-hire companies in an informal setting to exchange business cards
and resumes. Over 100 people were in attendance.
A chapter member in attendance, Marsha K Wright, PMP, writes:
"I had a great experience with the participating companies. The room
was arranged perfectly to allow personal space when we spoke to each of
the representatives. The sponsors were professional and accepting. The
presentations were positioned perfectly and great contribution to the
attendees. They were a great bonus to the Fair. My appreciation to all
of the volunteers who helped in the background as well."
