2010 Professional Development Day
Join us for the 2010 PMI-Metrolina Professional Development Day at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel on Saturday, September 18th from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This one day event will feature a key note presentation by The Music Paradigm® as well as an impressive array of speakers, excellent networking opportunities, and the chance to earn up to seven PDUs. The Music Paradigm® is an original truly one-of-a-kind event which uses a symphony orchestra as a metaphor for any dynamic organization, particularly one dealing with a period of exceptional challenge or change: a merger, a restructuring, new leadership, change initiatives, stretch performance goals, and many more. During a Music Paradigm® session, the attendees are seated among members of a professional orchestra. The conductor leads the musicians through a series of carefully crafted exercises that help illustrate key qualities, reactions, and practices of high performing business and project teams. To find out more about The Music Paradigm®, visit their website at www.musicparadigm.com. In addition to The Music Paradigm®, the conference will be jammed packed with sessions covering a range of essential topics including: organizational leadership, project management competencies, self-development, agile and more.
